Programs (THPP-NMD)
Hope Pathway Foundation’s Transitional Housing Program for Non-Minor Dependents (THPP-NMD) supports youth ages 18–21 participating in extended foster care, with eligibility up to age 23 based on program requirements.
Our program provides a safe, structured, and supportive living environment focused on independence and self-sufficiency.
Services include:
- Safe and stable housing
- Life skills development (budgeting, cooking, time management)
- Education and employment support
- Case management and goal planning
- Mental health and wellness support
- Community engagement and mentorship
